  • What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

    We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or appointment changes. Please note that insufficient notice for cancellations or missed appointments may result in a charge.
  • Is a deposit required to book?

    There is no non-refundable deposit required when scheduling your appointment with us.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    Our practice accepts all major credit and debit cards through our secure payment system. Cash payment options may be limited, so we recommend confirming availability before your appointment.
  • How should I prepare for my appointment?

    Please arrive with clean skin or lashes, free of makeup, oils, or any residue, unless specifically instructed otherwise for your particular treatment. Specific preparation guidelines will be provided at the time of booking.
  • What happens if I arrive late?

    Late arrivals may result in a shortened service duration or necessitate rescheduling to maintain our schedule for other clients. Please note that full service fees may still apply regardless of shortened treatment time.

  • Can I bring a guest to my appointment?

    To maintain a peaceful atmosphere and proper sanitation standards, we generally do not permit accompanying guests or children unless they are also scheduled for services.
  • Do you offer refunds?

    Due to the personalized nature of our medical spa services, we do not provide refunds. If you have any concerns about your treatment, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address your issues appropriately.
